Our egg shape pots come in the following 5 sizes:
XS- 25×25
S- 32×31
M- 39×38
L- 46×43
XL- 54×51
DO YOU SEAL THE POTS?
Yes! All pots are prepped, primed and sealed.
WHAT ARE THE POTS MADE OF?
Our egg shape pots are made from fibre clay (also known as fibreglass), which makes them super lightweight and easier to move around. This lightweight feature is particularly important for balconies.
CAN I PLANT STRAIGHT INTO THE POT?
You certainly can! You can plant directly into the pot itself or you can leave your plant in its plastic pot and place that inside your new pot- this would be beneficial when wanting to change pots or plants and would also help with the durability of the pot- something I personally would recommend but completely up to you and your preference.
CAN I USE MY POT OUTSIDE?
Yes, you can. We use high-quality exterior paint and also seal each and every pot. I do however recommend if you’re using your pot outdoors to place them undercover and away from any harsh elements. Just like with most things, this would help with the durability of the pot, making sure you get the best & most out of your beautiful new plant home.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN PURCHASE FROM?
At this stage we do not have a personal store, however, you can find our pots at the chatterbox markets located within broadway Sydney!
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! If there’s a particular colour or design you don’t see on our website that you are wanting to achieve, please email us at hello@4thegram.com.au, if we feel this is achievable we will certainly create this for you! =)
I WANT TO ORDER A POT, WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME?
Being all pots are individually hand and custom painted please allow anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your pot.If your pot is already in stock it will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
CHANGE OF MIND/REFUND/RETURNS:
In the case you change your mind after you place your order, we do not offer refunds.We do not accept returns.Within the unfortunate scenario your pot arrives damaged please contact us immediately at hello@4thegram.com.au with photos.If this is not done immediately, we unfortunately will not be able to offer further assistance.
DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE?
Yes! We ship to potheads all over Australia If there is some how an issue regarding location and shipment after you place your order, you will be notified accordingly via email and issued a refund if necessary.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship outside of Australia.
CAN I PICK MY POT UP?
Yes you can! If you’re local or want to pick your pot up yourself, you can collect your order from Oran park, Sydney 2570.Please select this option upon check out and we will be in contact with you via email regarding suitable dates and times for collection.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free to most metropolitan areas within Australia.For deliveries outside of the metropolitan area and rural regions, especially when ordering an XL pot, we may be in contact with you to discuss shipping costs before proceeding with your order as this could differ.In the rare case this does happen and you’re contacted regarding your order with shipping costs you will have the option to proceed or cancel your order and be refunded accordingly.Please note: We do try to keep shipping free where we can and will only contact you if we feel absolute necessary.
